1. 3. The roughness of the roller surface is too large, the roller surface cannot be lubricated, and obvious processing textures will also cause the foil to wrinkle, so the factory should be asked to replace it.
4. Foreign objects are stuck to the back roller and each roller or too much water is used. Frequently observe after wiping with isopropanol, discover and clean in time, and be careful not to damage the roller surface.
5. Poor bonding of the foil tape, when the tension on both sides of the foil tape is unbalanced, the electrode plate will bend. First, adjust the tension adjustment roller under the coating head and adjust the adjustment roller back to its original state until the foil tape gradually flattens.
6. When the back roller and the coating roller are close to touching, and the gaps at both ends are staggered, the electrode plate will bend. When painting gaps, the empty spaces on the roller will not be scratched, and when reapplied to the substrate, obvious marks will be left on the substrate. 3) The parallelism of the axis of the scraper equipment and the axis of the coating roller decreases, the pressure of the blade on the coating roller is inconsistent, the blade shape is inappropriate, and the blade elasticity is low, etc.
2. There are obvious cracks on the electrode plate.
The drying speed is too fast, the oven temperature is too high, and the baking time is too long.
