President Liang is one of the first experts in pharmacy to receive the State Council's special allowance, an outstanding scientific and technological worker in Jiangsu Province, a military science and technology contributor, a leader in transdermal drug delivery in China, and the founder of the country's first Transdermal Drug Delivery Society. He has served as the chief editor of three monographs on transdermal drug delivery and successfully researched three innovative transdermal drugs, winning the third prize in the National Science and Technology Progress Award. He is also a pioneer in the research of Buxus (boxwood), having successfully developed Buxus extract and Buxus tablets, which won a national invention award, and has edited two monographs on Buxine. Currently, he serves as the president of the Transdermal Drug Delivery Professional Committee of the World Chinese Medicine Association. Now in his 80s, he continues to fight on the front lines of medicine, making him an undisputed master in the field of pharmacy in China.

He is also the founder of Huangyang research, having successfully developed Huangyangning raw materials and Huangyangning tablets, which won a national invention award, and is the chief editor of two monographs on Huangyang alkaloids. Currently, he serves as the president of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Transdermal Drug Delivery Committee, and despite being over 80 years old, he continues to work in the pharmaceutical field, making him a well-deserved leader in the Chinese pharmaceutical community.
Manager Lin Weihua reported to President Liang on the production case of the company's complete set of gel patch equipment.
On April 8, 2021, Manager Lin Weihua of Xinyi Huida provided a brief report to President Liang and his team: for more than a decade, we have been engaged in the research and development of hydrogel, gel patches, transdermal patch equipment, and downstream packaging equipment; during the meeting, President Liang also introduced the current industry status and development trends of transdermal drug delivery, and based on the current situation, he raised higher requirements and provided valuable suggestions for our company.

Accompanied by Manager Lin Weihua, President Liang and his team visited the workshop. Manager Lin introduced the 300L vertical kneading machine for gel paste: this equipment can stir 160kg of gel paste in one batch, is capable of mass production, and is widely used in the production of ketoprofen, flurbiprofen, lidocaine, loxoprofen, indomethacin, and biphenyl acetic acid.
President Liang showed great interest in Manager Lin's introduction and affirmed the concept of timely product adjustments based on market demand, stating: enterprises must adapt to the ever-changing market by having advanced concepts and implementing actions; only such enterprises will have vigorous vitality.

Under the guidance of Manager Lin, President Liang and his team visited the high-performance one-meter-wide gel paste coating machine. This equipment has a coating accuracy of ≤±5%, a coating speed of up to 10m/min, and a single batch capacity of 10,000-12,000 patches, making it a mass production device that can compete with imported equipment, widely used in the production of ketoprofen, flurbiprofen, lidocaine, loxoprofen, indomethacin, and biphenyl acetic acid gel pastes. President Liang affirmed this equipment and expressed hope that Xinyi Huida will make further progress in the research and development of machinery and equipment in the future.

Manager Lin accompanied President Liang to observe the operation of the coating machine, explaining the production principles and process flow of the equipment. After understanding the equipment in detail, President Liang emphasized that the transdermal drug delivery system is a new method of drug administration that allows drugs to be absorbed through the skin into the human bloodstream to achieve effective blood drug concentration for disease treatment or prevention. This requires us to strictly control the precision of the machinery. Developing technology is the core of an enterprise; we must innovate while ensuring technology to enable the enterprise to develop better and better. Manager Lin expressed that under President Liang's earnest teachings, he believes that Xinyi Huida will continue to improve on its future path.
Finally, President Liang presented the books he participated in compiling: "Transdermal Drug Delivery Formulations", "Production and Development of Drug Patches", and "Technology of Traditional Chinese Medicine Transdermal Drug Delivery Formulations" to Manager Lin Weihua, acknowledging the achievements of Xinyi Huida in the transdermal drug delivery industry and raising higher expectations for the future development of the enterprise.
