Main structure of the plaster coating machine:
1. Anti-stick paper, non-woven fabric hanging material
Composed of hanging brackets, light shafts, and paper racks. Adjustment: Calculate the distance between the two brackets and hang the paper in the center.
2. Heating device
Includes upper axis, lower axis, download, and heating constant temperature device. Adjustment: Adjust using the up and down keys of the thermostat.
3. Traction device
Traction is controlled by a 180-watt stepless speed-regulating motor, consisting of active and passive drives. Adjustment: Adjust the silk at the upper end of M8 to fix the adhesive paper and non-woven fabric between the four traction wheels, centering them.
4. Coating thickness adjustment
Adjust the M8 top screw of the upper and lower axes to modify the thickness.
5. Adjusting coating width
Adjust the control panel of the hopper to modify the coating width.
Operating method of the plaster coating machine:
1. Prepare for the first operation
1. Hang the anti-stick paper (should be centered, with the smooth anti-stick side facing up).
2. Hang the non-woven fabric (should be centered, with the fuzzy side down, easy to stick, and fit well).
3. The adhesive paper and non-woven fabric should be fixed between the four traction wheels, placed in the center.
4. Turn on the motor to test the traction and check the traction condition.
5. Turn on the heating temperature control and check the temperature control condition.
6. Turn on the fan to confirm the cooling state.
7. Adjust the blade thickness according to the patch thickness.
8. Adjust the coating width.
Note: The above work must be completed when the equipment is not heated.
For the second use, first perform two sets of temperature control preheating, as the residual matrix in the compressed state must be dissolved to work; starting the cold air may cause the adhesive paper to break.
Usage precautions:
1. When operating, please avoid burns from the pressure roller and pressure-sensitive adhesive.
2. During the die-cutting process, be careful not to place your hands in the middle of the double exhibition to avoid accidents.
3. Do not place your hands in the mixer.
4. Control the traction speed to prevent tearing of the adhesive paper.
5. If a fault is found, first press "emergency stop," then cut off the complete power supply; maintenance under power is strictly prohibited.
Do not drop iron objects and foreign materials on the equipment.
7. If the adhesive paper breaks and causes a fault, please stop working, heat it, and wipe it with salad oil.
