The hydrogel coating machine is the main forming equipment in the processing of hydrophilic gel products. It mainly consists of a temperature-controlled feeding device, an adjustable rolling forming coating device, a positioning device, a constant temperature heating device, a cooling device, a separating device, a composite device, a hanging device, and a traction device. 7. The hydrogel mixing tank and its cover are designed with a double-layer structure, which not only has heating, insulation, and cooling functions but also has high safety performance.
8. The stirring paddle of the hydrogel mixing tank adopts a double-star stirring principle, allowing stirring in a vacuum environment, suitable for stirring materials with high viscosity, featuring large stirring energy, thorough mixing, and low noise.
9. The stirring paddle is equipped with a "crawling baffle" to effectively prevent the crawling of the ointment.
10. The lid of the hydrogel mixing tank is opened by the upward movement of a hydraulic system.
11. The vacuum of the mixer is achieved by a vacuum pump, usually reaching -8.5 PA.
12. This mixing tank can be rotated 180 degrees by a rotating handle, making it easier to pour out and clean the ointment inside.
