Beijing Tongrentang Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is the first listed company under the Tongrentang Group. The Company was established in 1997 and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. After more than 20 years of development, the Company's scale has gradually expanded. In 2012, based on the overall deployment of the Group Company, Beijing Tongrentang Co., Ltd. (Group) was established on the basis of the joint-stock company.

The Company is a modern enterprise that integrates production, sales, scientific research, and distribution, with multiple modern production bases, operating units, R&D units, and logistics distribution units, as well as several subsidiaries including Natural Medicine Company, Jilin Ginseng Company, Inner Mongolia Traditional Chinese Medicine Development Co., Ltd., Anguo Traditional Chinese Medicine Processing Company, and Anguo Traditional Chinese Medicine Logistics Distribution Company.
The Company focuses on the production and sales of traditional Chinese patent medicines, with over 400 varieties of patent medicines produced year-round. The product forms are diverse, covering more than 20 forms including pills, powders, tinctures, capsules, oral liquids, and drop pills. It has formed twelve different series of products, represented by the cardiovascular series such as An Gong Niu Huang Wan, Tong Ren Niu Huang Qing Xin Wan, and Tong Ren Da Huo Luo Wan; the gynecology series represented by Tong Ren Wu Ji Bai Feng Wan and Kun Bao Wan; and the tincture series represented by Guo Gong Jiu and Gu Ci Xiao Tong Ye. The Company has independently developed a new Chinese medicine capsule, Ba Ji Tian Oligosaccharide Capsule, which has opened a new avenue in the treatment of mild depression with traditional Chinese medicine.
