3. Equipment operation instructions.
1. Turn on the main switch to power on, start the compressor, and adjust the main regulating valve to 0.7MP.
2. Install the fabric and PE film, place the mixed gel into the stainless steel tank, remove the baffle under the tank, place the gel between the storage baffle and the roller, adjust the PTFE baffle to control the width of the gel, adjust the thickness, and use the quantitative handwheel to control the weight of the product.
3. Set the text control panel to automatic, lower the traction and film pressing cylinder.
4. Turn on the conveyor belt motor, adjust the transmission speed of the conveyor belt.
5. Adjust the pneumatic cutting knife valve to 0.4MP.
6. Press the green button to adjust the main motor speed according to production conditions.
7. Collect edge material waste using the waste winding device.
8. Proceed to the continuous production phase.
