To facilitate operation, many models have pedal controls for clamping actions, allowing operators to free their hands to control the mesh plate. After installing the mesh plate and injecting the corresponding photosensitive emulsion on the automatic coating machine, coating can begin. Depending on the control system and the functions of the equipment, the device can paint both sides of the silk screen simultaneously.
There are two coating methods. One is to apply the photosensitive emulsion to the silk screen through multiple wet applications. Alternatively, a drying process is added after each coating. Machines that quantitatively apply liquid (or molten) polymer materials (such as adhesives or paints) to the surface of materials.
Suitable for producing PVC/PE films and other soft substrates.
